Happy Halloweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen!!!

Yes--We have all confirmed I am a HORRIBLE person to Blog!!! I get busy and I can't get my pictures to upload and am just a general mess!! But you all know you love me and couldn't live without La LouLou and me!!!
It was LouLou's first Halloween! I decided to take upon myself the daunting task of making her Halloween Costume. It wasn't as hard as it could have been. She went as a Ladybug--her costume consisted of: black turtleneck onesie (on hand already) black tights and shoes (purchased at the local WalMart) and a Red Tutu with black dots--THAT was what I labored over for all of one work day. Yes, folks--I spent a whole day at work cutting the tulle into strips and tying it on the waistband. And cutting out about 30 black dots that I then painstakingly sewed on. I was sad however to not be able to watch her trick or treat for the first time. Apparently the wailing of a mom falls on deaf ears here at work. But I did decide to post pictures of her cuteness for all to see and admire!!!

La LouLou thinks she's big enough to stand. And what do you know?? She IS!!!!!

La LouLou is NOT a fan of the grass!! Even with tights and shoes on. YAY for grandma and blankets!!!!

LouLou is getting so big these days!!! She is starting to walk around the house--well--HER version of walking. She does better when she doesn't pay attention to what she is doing. She gives me heart attacks almost daily as she also climbs the stairs and then STANDS on said stairs. She thinks she's pretty cute when she does that. She is also enjoying the kitchen Grandma Janny and Grandpa Jim bought her. She LOVES to open and close the "oven" door. I too am a fan of this kitchen. It means MY kitchen cabinets stay shut!! Hooray for forward thinking parents!!!!

As of today-LouLou has EIGHT--yep you read that right--EIGHT teeth. Four on top and four on the bottom. I was so sad when she first started getting them because I loved her toothless grin, but now--her toothy grin melts my heart every time. It also gets her out of trouble more than it should. I'm the horrible parent who laughs when their child does something naughty and smiles. I can tell I'm in for a world of hurt when she gets older.
